Natures Patchwork
DescriptionInspired by Perthshire’s natural beauty, Louise Kirby’s patterned artwork weaves painterly marks and flowing movement through striped fields, dotted crops, woodlands and the River Tay, revealing local wildlife. Louise is a visual artist and designer creating site-specific work that encourages connection, aspiration and appreciation of place. Graduating from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design in 1999, she now produces commissions spanning healthcare, illustration and public art across Scotland.
The Auction

A bear-illiant way to back Tayside’s youth!
After the trail ends, the sculptures will be sold at an auction evening on 17 September 2026 at the historic Scone Palace.
All money raised will support YMCA Tayside and our youth work services to young people aged 8-25, mainly from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Help us make a bear-y big impact!
