DescriptionBertha Blae was inspired by the historical, spiritual and cultural architecture of Perth and the surrounding areas. Set againist colours that evoke elements of land, water and sky, the river at its heart, has inspired the textual mark making used. I hope everyone enjoys spotting something they connect with.
The Auction
A bear-illiant way to back Tayside’s youth!
After the trail ends, the sculptures will be sold at an auction evening on 17 September 2026 at the historic Scone Palace.
All money raised will support YMCA Tayside and our youth work services to young people aged 8-25, mainly from disadvantaged backgrounds.
