Argyll
DescriptionOur bear is named Argyll after the road our school sits on. From the beginning we wanted everything on Argyll to encompass Riverside! From the school badges on his ears, the Riverside colour on his head, the house animals in their school colour on his legs and our school motto ‘Together We Grow’ down his back! Every child left their own special mark in the form of their fingerprint to create a flower, even the staff got involved by creating the busy bees. We also want to say a huge thank you to Bannermans paint studio and our families for donating the paint! We have loved every moment of this project!
The Auction

A bear-illiant way to back Tayside’s youth!
After the trail ends, the sculptures will be sold at an auction evening on 17 September 2026 at the historic Scone Palace.
All money raised will support YMCA Tayside and our youth work services to young people aged 8-25, mainly from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Help us make a bear-y big impact!
